We can help you remotely. Install this program AIRDROID on your box and provide us with your login details
Attention: Airdroid only works on routed boxes. Not on TV, Tablet, phones or non-routed boxes.

Manual:

1. Download Airdroid and install with APkinstaller.

2. Open Airdroid and press "Me" at the bottom right

B. choose "Tap to sign in"
C. choose Sign up an account
provide us with the username(mail) and password.

D. After being succesfully logged in, press OK on security and remote features

E. Turn on remote control. If your box is not rooted it won't turn on and show a triangle. Remote aid is not possible if triangle shows. 

F.  click ENABLED PERMISSIONS 

Give Airdroid permission either through superuser or settings

When u are now logged in onto AIRDROID, we can upgrade-maintain your box remotely

This service is lifetime free of Charge for costumers that have bought a box in our store.
