Your IPTV - Movie and Series - EPG list is now automatically retrieved. The application will repeat on its own at appropriate times.

BUG: It is possible u have to update manually again coz movies and series are not loaded. 

The numbers credited refer to the numbers for each chapter.

1. UPDATE

It could be that for some reason the list was not updated and when you open live TV/Movies/series you suddenly see no channels appear. Then click on update to manually update the channel list.

2. RECORDING

You can also record with XCIPTV. To make or program a recording click on REC. TIP: always use a USB stick to make the recordings. The recording will stop after a few minutes via the internal hard disk, even if you have programmed 2 hours. You now come to the screen where you have to choose the hard disk for recording. Choose your USB stick here.

Choose the time and duration for recording

Choose Pick datetime to set the start of recording enter the length in minutes that the recording should last.

For the recording to be successful, you must of course leave your box switched on and have started the XCIPTV application without a channel being played.

A second and easier option is to go to TV GUIDE. When a program guide appears, you can also long click on the program you wish to record. Choose schedule recording to schedule the program for recording.

3. REMINDER/RECORD

Here you can see which programs you have chosen to remind.

To create program reminders:

Go to TV GUIDE. In the EPG list, long press on the program you want to watch live and choose program Reminder.

If you watch now, xciptv will remind you that your other program is starting. You can also program your recording here if you wish as another option to the recording option above.

4. MULTI-SCREEN (only to be used if your IPTV line has mulptiple connections)

You can now open up to four screens at once.

Click in the screen where you want a station to play. Click + and add a channel. Do the same for the other screens.

The framed screen of your choice will also display the sound. Press escape several times to exit the multiscreen

5. CATCHUP
This feature can be used if your Iptv provider keeps a record of tv channels. 4KOTT keeps a 3 day record of programs broadcasted. 

6. SETTINGS

A. If your TV guide shows the wrong times, you can set the EPG time here. (not possible in the latest version)

B. If your channel stops playing regularly and the image freezes, it is also possible that your internet is too slow.

Before complaining to your provider, make sure you have more than 20MBPS download. If not, then the cause of freezing is your internet and not the iptv.

You can also use this test if your movies or series keeps stopping in other apps.

Go to settings-speed test to see if U have enough download to make streaming without problems possible.
